Ingredients
- 200g Stale Bread
- 2 Eggs
- 150ml Milk
- 150g Spinach
- 100g Grated Cheese
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Tear the stale bread into pieces and place in a casserole dish.
- 3. Beat the eggs with the milk, season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Spread the spinach evenly over the bread, pour the egg-milk mixture on top.
- 5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
