🍞 Spanish Magdalenas-Toast with Aioli

Ingredients
- 2 Stück Magdalena (Spanish muffin)
- 4 EL Mayonnaise
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 1 Stück Tomato
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Magdalena horizontally in half.
- 2. Mix the mayonnaise with the pressed garlic clove.
- 3. Slice the tomato into thick slices and blot excess water with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Spread the garlic mayonnaise generously on the bottom half of the Magdalena.
- 5. Place the tomato slices on top and drizzle everything with the olive oil.
- 6. Place the top half of the Magdalena on top and serve the toast immediately.
