  2. 2. Mix the mayonnaise with the pressed garlic clove.
  3. 3. Slice the tomato into thick slices and blot excess water with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Spread the garlic mayonnaise generously on the bottom half of the Magdalena.
  5. 5. Place the tomato slices on top and drizzle everything with the olive oil.
