1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
3. Spread the potato cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the hot and sweet paprika powder, and the salt. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
4. Roast the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn them once after 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add the tomato paste and garlic and fry for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
6. Stir the frying sauce into the yogurt-cream mixture and adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
7. Add the remaining olive oil with 1 tsp of paprika powder to a small pot and warm it slightly. Drizzle this garlic oil over the finished dish.
8. Serve the hot potatoes on a plate with the cold yogurt sauce and the hot oil.
