1. Soak the raisins in 200 milliliters of lukewarm water.
2. Wash the leek, trim the ends, and cut the white and light green parts into approximately 1 centimeter wide rings.
3. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
4. Sauté the leek in 1 tablespoon of butter with a little water under a lid for approx. 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add the cream, heat and let the sauce simmer slightly. Roast the potatoes slowly in 1 tablespoon of butter all around.
5. Score the sausages on the skin and fry them in hot oil in a pan on both sides, remove them and keep them warm.
6. Fry the onion in the frying fat, add the raisins with the soaking water, bring the sauce to a boil, stir in a little sauce thickener, let it thicken and season with salt and pepper.
7. Peel the potatoes. Plate the sausages with sauce, cream leek and potatoes and serve.
