🐟 Salt-Baked Sea Bass

Ingredients
- 1 ganz sea bass
- 400 g sea salt
- 1 lemon
- eine Handvoll parsley
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 2. Stuff the sea bass with lemon, parsley, and crushed garlic inside.
- 3. Place a layer of sea salt on a baking sheet and place the fish on top.
- 4. Cover the fish with the remaining sea salt and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- 5. After baking, remove the salt, fillet the fish, and drizzle with olive oil.
