🥗 Bourekas with Spinach and Feta

Ingredients
- 250 g Puff pastry
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 EL Sesame seeds
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in olive oil.
- 2. Add spinach and sauté well.
- 3. Crumble feta cheese and mix with spinach mixture.
- 4. Roll out puff pastry and fill with the mixture.
- 5. Shape bourekas and brush with egg.
- 6. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
