  1. 1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for 9 minutes. Take them out of the water, peel them, and slice them thinly.
  2. 2. Mix the ketchup in a small bowl with a pinch of bourbon vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry two slices of bread at a time on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4. Remove the skillet from the heat. Spread the vanilla ketchup mixture evenly onto two of the fried bread slices. Place the cheese slices on top.
  5. 5. Place the egg slices and arugula on top of the cheese. Cover the sandwich with the remaining two bread slices. Press down gently.
  6. 6. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately while warm.
