🐟 Bouillabaisse

Ingredients
- 200g Pollock fillet
- 200g Mussels
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Tomatoes
- 500ml Fish stock
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Saffron
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion and garlic finely and sauté in a pot with olive oil until translucent.
- 2. Add tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes until soft.
- 3. Add fish stock and saffron, then bring to a boil.
- 4. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Add mussels and pollock fillet, simmer for another 10 minutes until the mussels open.
- 6. Season with pepper and serve.
