  2. 2. Dice the tomatoes and add them, sauté briefly.
  3. 3. Add fish stock and saffron, bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add fish and shrimp, let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add mussels and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme and serve.
