🥗 Bouillabaisse

Ingredients
- 200g fish fillet (e.g., monkfish)
- 100g shrimp
- 200g mussels
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes
- 800ml fish stock
- 30ml olive oil
- 0.5g saffron
- 1 TL thyme
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Dice the tomatoes and add them, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add fish stock and saffron, bring to a boil.
- 4. Add fish and shrimp, let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Add mussels and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme and serve.
