🍲 Borscht (Beetroot Soup)

Ingredients
- 2 Beetroot
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1L Vegetable broth
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1TL Sugar
- 1EL Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice beetroot, potatoes, and carrot.
- 2. Chop onion and sauté in a large pot.
- 3. Add vegetable broth, diced beetroot, potatoes, and carrot and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add bay leaf, sugar, and vinegar, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
