🍲 Borscht - Beetroot Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Beetroot
- 200 g Cabbage
- 100 g Carrots
- 150 g Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 L Vegetable Broth
- 100 g Sour Cream
Instructions
- 1. Peel and chop the vegetables.
- 2. Sauté the onion, then add the rest of the vegetables.
- 3. Deglaze with vegetable broth and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 4. Serve with sour cream.
