  2. 2. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan, add spinach and sauté briefly.
  3. 3. Crumble feta cheese and mix with spinach.
  4. 4. Lay out yufka dough, place filling on top and roll up.
  5. 5. Brush with oil and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
