🥗 Börek (Stuffed Pastry)

Ingredients
- 4 Blätter Yufka dough
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 200 g Spinach
- 1 Onion
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- zum Bestreichen Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash spinach and chop. Chop onion and garlic.
- 2. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan, add spinach and sauté briefly.
- 3. Crumble feta cheese and mix with spinach.
- 4. Lay out yufka dough, place filling on top and roll up.
- 5. Brush with oil and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
