  1. 1. Dice the onion and red bell pepper into fine cubes.
  2. 2. Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy.
  3. 3. Add the onion and pepper to the bacon and sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika powder and fry briefly.
  5. 5. Deglaze with a splash of water, season generously with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens.
  7. 7. Cut the bread into cubes and fry them in oil until crispy.
  8. 8. Rub the garlic clove over the hot garlic bread.
  9. 9. Place the bacon-pepper mixture in the center of a bowl.
