🥣 Bolonia Brunch Bowl with Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 80 g Cooking bacon (cubes)
- 1 kleine Onion
- 1 kleine Red bell pepper
- 30 g Tomato paste
- 40 g Sour cream
- 3 Scheiben White bread (stale)
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 15 ml Cooking oil
- 5 g Sweet paprika powder
- nach Angabe Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice the onion and red bell pepper into fine cubes.
- 2. Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy.
- 3. Add the onion and pepper to the bacon and sauté for 3 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika powder and fry briefly.
- 5. Deglaze with a splash of water, season generously with salt and pepper.
- 6. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens.
- 7. Cut the bread into cubes and fry them in oil until crispy.
- 8. Rub the garlic clove over the hot garlic bread.
- 9. Place the bacon-pepper mixture in the center of a bowl.
- 10. Spoon the sour cream next to it and serve with the toasted bread. Serve hot.
