🍲 Bean Soup with Ground Meat

Ingredients
- 400 g canned white beans
- 200 g ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1 carrots
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 EL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and carrot.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion and carrot.
- 3. Add ground meat and brown it.
- 4. Add beans (rinsed) and broth, season with bay leaf.
- 5. Simmer for 25 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serve soup hot, garnished as desired.
