🍲 Bean Cream Soup

Ingredients
- 400g white beans
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500ml vegetable broth
- 100ml cream
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL thyme
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop the onion and garlic.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic.
- 3. Add the beans and sauté for a few minutes.
- 4. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. Puree the soup and stir in the cream.
- 6. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
