Ingredients
- 600 g beef
- 750 ml red wine
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 2 Stück carrots
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 Zweige thyme
- 100 g bacon
Instructions
- 1. Fry bacon until crispy and set aside.
- 2. Sear beef and add onion and garlic.
- 3. Add carrots and mushrooms.
- 4. Deglaze with red wine and add herbs.
- 5. Let simmer for 2-3 hours.
- 6. Mix in bacon and serve.
