🥗 Boerewors - South African Sausage

Ingredients
- 250g Ground beef
- 250g Ground pork
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic clove
- 1 TL Coriander powder
- 1 TL Paprika powder
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
- 1 Rolle Sausage casing
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix ground meat with chopped onion and garlic.
- 2. Add spices and mix well.
- 3. Thoroughly rinse the sausage casing and prepare.
- 4. Fill the meat mixture into the sausage casing and twist into sausages.
- 5. Grill or pan-fry at medium heat until cooked through.
- 6. Serve with sides such as peppers and onions.
