🍝 Boat Noodles with Pork

Ingredients
- 200g pork
- 150g rice noodles
- 500ml beef broth
- 20g basil
- 3 EL soy sauce
- 2 EL oyster sauce
- 1 lime
- 2 chili peppers
Instructions
- 1. Cut pork into small pieces and cook in beef broth.
- 2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 3. Juice the lime and set aside.
- 4. Season pork with soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- 5. Place noodles in a bowl and pour broth over them.
- 6. Top with pork and serve with lime juice and chili.
