🍕 Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower
- 2 Eggs
- 100g Cheese (grated)
- 1 TL Oregano
- 1 TL Garlic Powder
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1/4 TL Pepper
- 100g Tomato Sauce
- 1 Prise Toppings (e.g. mushrooms, peppers)
Instructions
- 1. Chop cauliflower into florets and blend in a mixer.
- 2. Put the cauliflower puree in a kitchen towel and squeeze out the liquid.
- 3. Combine cauliflower puree with eggs, cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.
- 5. Bake at 220 °C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Add tomato sauce and desired toppings, bake for another 10 minutes.
- 7. Let cool, cut into slices, and serve.
