  2. 2. Put the cauliflower puree in a kitchen towel and squeeze out the liquid.
  3. 3. Combine cauliflower puree with eggs, cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.
  5. 5. Bake at 220 °C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Add tomato sauce and desired toppings, bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Let cool, cut into slices, and serve.
