🥗 Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
- 250g Flour
- 100g Sugar
- 125g butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 100ml Milk
- 200g Blueberries
- 1 EL Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Cream butter and sugar. Stir in egg and milk.
- 2. Add flour, baking powder, and lemon juice and mix well.
- 3. Fold blueberries into the batter.
- 4. Pour batter into a greased baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes.
- 5. Let cool before serving.
- 6. Serve warm or cold.
