🥗 Puff Pastry Pockets with Duck

Ingredients
- 250 g Puff Pastry
- 150 g Duck Breast
- 2 Shallots
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Honey
- 1 TL Ginger
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Sear duck breast and cut into small pieces.
- 2. Chop shallots and sauté in pan with soy sauce, honey, and ginger.
- 3. Add duck pieces and mix well.
- 4. Cut puff pastry into squares and place filling in the center.
- 5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges well.
- 6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
