🥗 Black Beans with Rice

Ingredients
- 200g Black beans
- 150g Rice
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Soak black beans overnight, then cook until tender.
- 2. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 3. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in a pot.
- 4. Add the cooked beans and season with cumin.
- 5. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 6. Serve with rice.
