Ingredients
- 400g Cooked Black Beans
- 200g Long Grain Rice
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 TL Cumin
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 2 EL Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil.
- 3. Add the black beans and cumin, and heat through.
- 4. Mix with the cooked rice and serve.
- 5. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
