🍖 Florentine Steak

Ingredients
- 300 g T-bone steak
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 Zweig rosemary
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Let the steak rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Mix olive oil, crushed garlic, and rosemary and rub the steak with it.
- 3. Heat the grill to high and cook the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- 4. Let rest for 5 minutes after grilling.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
