  1. 1. Soak the Basmati rice in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with yogurt, biryani spice mix, and a little salt.
  4. 4. Heat some oil in a large pot and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  6. 6. Add the rice and bring 300 ml of water to a boil. Then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
