🍖 Chicken Biryani

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 150 g Basmati rice
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic cloves
- 1 cm Ginger
- 100 g Yogurt
- 2 TL Biryani spice mix
- frisch, 30 g Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Soak the Basmati rice in cold water for 30 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with yogurt, biryani spice mix, and a little salt.
- 4. Heat some oil in a large pot and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
- 5. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- 6. Add the rice and bring 300 ml of water to a boil. Then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
