Ingredients
- 3 Stück Pears
- 100 g Sugar
- 50 g butter
- 250 g Puff pastry
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
- 1 EL Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
- 2. Peel, core, and halve the pears.
- 3. Caramelize butter and sugar in a frying pan.
- 4. Place pears in the caramel sauce and flavor with cinnamon and vanilla.
- 5. Place dough over the pears and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- 6. Invert tart and serve warm.
