🍐 Warm Pear and Gorgonzola Salad with Honey

Ingredients
- 200 g Pears
- 60 g Gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)
- 30 g Hazelnuts
- 10 g Plastic wrap (food grade)
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 15 g Honey
- 3 g Salt
- 50 g Arugula (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pears and slice them into thin wedges.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat).
- 3. Place the pear wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle with 10 ml of olive oil.
- 4. Sprinkle the Gorgonzola pieces over the pears.
- 5. Toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan for 3 minutes until crispy.
- 6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the pears for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- 7. Mix the remaining olive oil, honey, and salt in a small bowl.
- 8. Remove the tray from the oven, sprinkle with chopped nuts and arugula, and drizzle with the honey dressing.
- 9. Serve the warm salad immediately.
