  1. 1. Wash the pears and slice them into thin wedges.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat).
  3. 3. Place the pear wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle with 10 ml of olive oil.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the Gorgonzola pieces over the pears.
  5. 5. Toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan for 3 minutes until crispy.
  6. 6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the pears for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. 7. Mix the remaining olive oil, honey, and salt in a small bowl.
  8. 8. Remove the tray from the oven, sprinkle with chopped nuts and arugula, and drizzle with the honey dressing.
  9. 9. Serve the warm salad immediately.
