🥗 Pears, Beans, and Bacon

Ingredients
- 200 g Fresh Beans
- 2 Pears
- 100 g Bacon
- 1 Onion
- 30 g Butter
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 500 ml Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- 1. Fry bacon until crispy and remove.
- 2. Sauté onion in the bacon fat.
- 3. Add beans and broth and let simmer.
- 4. Peel, core, and dice the pears.
- 5. Add pears and cook everything together.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with bacon.
