  2. 2. Cut the bacon into small cubes.
  3. 3. Fry the bacon in a pan with olive oil until crispy.
  4. 4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry them until soft.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the heat and gently lift the bacon-mushroom mixture slightly.
  6. 6. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper until slightly frothy.
  7. 7. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon-mushroom mixture in the pan.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat and fry the omelet on medium heat until the bottom is set.
  9. 9. Fold the omelet carefully or place it on a plate.
  10. 10. Serve the omelet immediately while warm.
