🍳 Organic Omelet with Mushrooms and Bacon

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Organic eggs (Size M)
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 80 g Bacon (streaky)
- 15 g Butter
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 3 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them.
- 2. Cut the bacon into small cubes.
- 3. Fry the bacon in a pan with olive oil until crispy.
- 4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry them until soft.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat and gently lift the bacon-mushroom mixture slightly.
- 6. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper until slightly frothy.
- 7. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon-mushroom mixture in the pan.
- 8. Reduce the heat and fry the omelet on medium heat until the bottom is set.
- 9. Fold the omelet carefully or place it on a plate.
- 10. Serve the omelet immediately while warm.
