🍲 Bigos - Polish Sauerkraut Stew

Ingredients
- 500g sauerkraut
- 300g Pork
- 200g Beef
- 2 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 100g Bacon
Instructions
- 1. Dice the meat and sauté in a large pot.
- 2. Add onions and carrots and continue frying.
- 3. Add sauerkraut and mix well.
- 4. Simmer for 60 minutes, stirring regularly.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serve hot.
