🍲 Bigos (Hunter's Stew)

Ingredients
- 500g Sauerkraut
- 300g Pork
- 200g Beef
- 100g Smoked Bacon
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 500ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut meat into cubes and sauté.
- 2. Finely chop onion and garlic, add and sauté briefly.
- 3. Grate carrots and add along with the smoked bacon.
- 4. Stir in sauerkraut and deglaze with water.
- 5. Add bay leaf, salt, and pepper, cover and simmer for 1-2 hours.
- 6. Stir well and adjust seasoning if needed.
