🥗 Beer Goulash

Ingredients
- 400 g beef (shoulder)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bell pepper (red)
- 250 ml beer
- 500 ml beef broth
- 2 EL paprika powder
- 1 EL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into cubes and brown in a pot.
- 2. Finely chop onion and garlic; add to the meat and sauté.
- 3. Dice bell pepper and add to the pot.
- 4. Add paprika powder and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add beer and broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
