🍲 Brewer's Stew

Ingredients
- 300 g pork
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 250 g potatoes
- 250 ml beer
- 500 ml broth
- 1 TL caraway
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut pork into cubes and brown.
- 2. Add onion and carrots and sauté.
- 3. Add beer and broth, bring to a boil and then simmer.
- 4. Cube potatoes and add to the stew.
- 5. Season with caraway, salt, and pepper and let simmer for 30 minutes.
