Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 125 ml milk
- 1 Päckchen yeast
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g almonds
- 2 EL honey
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 3. Add sugar, butter, and eggs; mix well.
- 4. Gradually add flour and knead into a dough.
- 5. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- 6. For the filling: heat butter, sugar, honey, and almonds.
- 7. Place the dough in a greased pan and spread the almond mixture on top.
- 8. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
