  1. 1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Sauté the ground beef in a pan with some oil and season with gochujang.
  3. 3. Cut the carrots and zucchini into thin strips and stir-fry in a separate pan.
  4. 4. Blanch the spinach in boiling water and drain.
  5. 5. Fry two eggs in the same pan as the ground beef.
  6. 6. Combine all ingredients in a bowl: rice, beef, vegetables, spinach, and place the fried egg on top.
  7. 7. Drizzle with sesame oil and add more gochujang to taste.
