Ingredients
- 150 g Jasmine rice
- 150 g Ground beef
- 1 Carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 100 g Spinach
- 2 Egg
- 2 EL Gochujang
- 1 EL Sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Sauté the ground beef in a pan with some oil and season with gochujang.
- 3. Cut the carrots and zucchini into thin strips and stir-fry in a separate pan.
- 4. Blanch the spinach in boiling water and drain.
- 5. Fry two eggs in the same pan as the ground beef.
- 6. Combine all ingredients in a bowl: rice, beef, vegetables, spinach, and place the fried egg on top.
- 7. Drizzle with sesame oil and add more gochujang to taste.
