🍛 Bhindi Masala - Fried Okra

Ingredients
- 200g okra
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the okra, trim the ends and slice.
- 2. Chop onion, ginger, and tomato finely.
- 3. Sauté the onion in a pan until translucent.
- 4. Add ginger and tomato, and sauté briefly.
- 5. Sprinkle in cumin, turmeric, and chili powder, mix well.
- 6. Add okra and stir until cooked.
- 7. Season with salt and serve.
