🍅 Embroidered Tomato Bread (Pa ambtomàquet)

Ingredients
- 4 Stk Thick bread slices (e.g., Ciabatta or Baguette)
- 2 Stk Ripe tomatoes (grated)
- 30 ml Olive oil (good quality)
- 1 Stk Garlic clove (halved)
- 2 g Smoked paprika (sweet)
- 2 g Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven's broiler/grill.
- 2. Rub the cut garlic side vigorously over the raw bread surface.
- 3. Rub the grated tomatoes (drained pulp) over the bread until it absorbs the juice.
- 4. Drizzle the olive oil over the bread and sprinkle smoked paprika and salt evenly on top.
- 5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and put under the grill for 3 minutes until the edges are crispy.
- 6. Remove the bread and serve immediately while still warm.
