  2. 2. Rub the cut garlic side vigorously over the raw bread surface.
  3. 3. Rub the grated tomatoes (drained pulp) over the bread until it absorbs the juice.
  4. 4. Drizzle the olive oil over the bread and sprinkle smoked paprika and salt evenly on top.
  5. 5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and put under the grill for 3 minutes until the edges are crispy.
  6. 6. Remove the bread and serve immediately while still warm.
