Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes
- 150 g carrots
- 1 onion
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml cream
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice potatoes, carrots, and onion.
- 2. Bring to a boil in a pot with vegetable broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3. Blend the soup and stir in cream.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Serve hot.
