Ingredients
- 100g cooked Beetroot
- 1 Banana
- 200ml Milk or Plant-based Milk
- 30g Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree.
- 2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
