  2. 2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
  3. 3. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add beef and fry until cooked through.
  5. 5. Sprinkle flour over mixture, stir well and deglaze with beef broth.
  6. 6. Stir in sour cream, heat briefly and serve.
