🍖 Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 300g Beef (e.g., fillet)
- 1 Onion
- 200g Mushrooms
- 150g Sour cream
- 200ml Beef broth
- 30g butter
- 1EL Flour
- nach Geschmack Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
- 3. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Add beef and fry until cooked through.
- 5. Sprinkle flour over mixture, stir well and deglaze with beef broth.
- 6. Stir in sour cream, heat briefly and serve.
