🍖 Beef Ragout with Lingonberries

Ingredients
- 300g Beef
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 400ml Beef Broth
- 150ml Red Wine
- 1 TL Sugar
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
- 100g Lingonberries
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and garlic, slice the carrots, and cube the beef.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot and sear the beef.
- 3. Add onion, garlic, and carrots, and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. Deglaze with red wine and add broth, then simmer for 60 minutes.
- 5. Serve the ragout with lingonberries.
