Ingredients
- 300g Beef (e.g. shank)
- 1,5L Beef broth
- 150g Rice noodles
- 1 Onion
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 2 Star anise
- 1 Stück Cinnamon
- 1 Bund Fresh coriander
Instructions
- 1. Bring beef to a boil in water, then add broth.
- 2. Toast onion and ginger, then add to broth.
- 3. Add star anise and cinnamon, simmer for 1.5 hours.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 5. Strain broth and season to taste.
- 6. Place noodles in bowls, pour broth over, and garnish with coriander.
