Ingredients
- 200g beef (tender)
- 150g rice noodles
- 1L beef broth
- 1 onion
- 30g ginger
- 1 TL cumin
Instructions
- 1. Bring the beef broth to a boil.
- 2. Add onion and ginger and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 3. Slice the beef thinly.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 5. Place noodles in bowls, top with beef and pour broth over it.
- 6. Serve with fresh herbs and lime.
