Ingredients
- 200 g Lo Mein noodles
- 150 g Beef
- 4 EL Soy sauce
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Slice the beef into strips.
- 3. Chop the onion and garlic.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic.
- 5. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
- 6. Add vegetables and soy sauce, mix well and serve with noodles.
