🍽️ Beef Filet Steak with Rosemary Potatoes in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 200g Beef Filet Steak
- 400g Potatoes
- 2 Zweige Rosemary
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the 400 g potatoes and remove any eyes.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into roughly 2 cm cubes.
- 3. Pat the 200 g beef fillet steak dry with paper towels.
- 4. Peel the 2 garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 5. Pluck the leaves from the 2 sprigs of rosemary.
- 6. Toss the potato cubes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, half of the salt and pepper.
- 7. Sprinkle the potatoes with the chopped garlic and rosemary leaves.
- 8. Season the steak with the remaining salt and pepper.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 10. Put the potatoes in the air fryer basket and shake them vigorously after 10 minutes.
- 11. Heat a large pan with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over high heat.
- 12. Sear the steak for approximately 2 minutes per side in the hot pan.
- 13. Place the steak in the air fryer and cook it at 180 °C for 5 minutes.
- 14. Let the steak rest on a board for 5 minutes to redistribute the juices.
- 15. Slice the steak and serve it with the crispy potatoes.
