Ingredients
- 500 empanada dough
- 300 ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 eggs
- 1 cumin
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and bell pepper and sauté in a pan.
- 2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with cumin.
- 3. Let filling cool and whisk an egg.
- 4. Cut out circles of dough and place filling in the center.
- 5. Wet the edges and fold the empanadas.
- 6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden.
