  2. 2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with cumin.
  3. 3. Let filling cool and whisk an egg.
  4. 4. Cut out circles of dough and place filling in the center.
  5. 5. Wet the edges and fold the empanadas.
  6. 6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden.
