Ingredients
- 400 Beef shank
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Celery
- 1 Onion
- 1 Thyme
- 2 Water
- 1.5 Salt
Instructions
- 1. Place beef shank in a large pot.
- 2. Add vegetables and spices.
- 3. Add water and bring to a boil.
- 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
- 5. Strain the broth through a sieve to remove solids.
- 6. Season with salt and serve.
