Ingredients
- 400 black beans (canned)
- 400 red beans (canned)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 400 diced tomatoes (canned)
- 2 chili powder
- 2 olive oil
- 1 cumin
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion, garlic, and bell pepper and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Add the beans and tomatoes and mix well.
- 3. Season with chili powder and cumin and bring to a boil.
- 4. Reduce heat and let the chili simmer for 20 minutes.
- 5. Serve as desired, e.g., with fresh bread.
