Ingredients
- 400 black beans (canned)
- 60 oats
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 paprika powder
- 2 olive oil
- 0.5 salt
- 0.5 pepper
- 2 burger buns
Instructions
- 1. Drain the beans and mash them with a fork. Chop onion and garlic and add them.
- 2. Stir in the oats, paprika powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- 3. Form the mixture into two patties and sauté in olive oil.
- 4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- 5. Serve the burgers in buns and top as desired.
