🥗 BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- 500 g Pork Ribs
- 200 ml BBQ Sauce
- 2 EL Brown Sugar
- 1 TL paprika
- 1 TL Garlic Powder
- 1 TL Onion Powder
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse ribs and remove the silver skin.
- 2. Mix all spices in a bowl and rub on the ribs.
- 3. Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2 hours at 150°C.
- 4. Remove foil, brush BBQ sauce on ribs.
- 5. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes at 200°C.
