  2. 2. Mix all spices in a bowl and rub on the ribs.
  3. 3. Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2 hours at 150°C.
  4. 4. Remove foil, brush BBQ sauce on ribs.
  5. 5. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes at 200°C.
